As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support to the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.   • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, conducting inductions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are updated regularly.
  • Assist in processing employee requests related to leave, benefits, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Participate in performance management processes by helping with review scheduling and documentation.
  • Assist to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing by ensuring timesheets and attendance records are accurate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Experience with HR software is a plus but not required.
