The Junior Marketer will assist the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and activities across different channels. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, market research, and brand promotion. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Support content creation efforts for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Help manage the company’s media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviour, and competitors’ activities.
- Assist in analysing campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.
Support the maintenance of marketing databases, including customer and prospect information. - Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and social media. - Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp) is a plus but not required.
