The Junior Marketer will assist the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and activities across different channels. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, market research, and brand promotion. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Support content creation efforts for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage the company’s media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviour, and competitors’ activities.
  • Assist in analysing campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.
    Support the maintenance of marketing databases, including customer and prospect information.
  • Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
    Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp) is a plus but not required.
    Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
